Tuesday in Love's Halal UV Gel Polish is made with our revolutionary TIL Permeability Complex II. This patented polymer modifies the UV Gel at the molecular allowing it to become permeable to water molecules. Our Halal UV Gel is tested using specialized WVTR Permeability Analyzers to ensure that all batches of our Halal UV Gel is wudhu friendly. 

Tuesday in Love’s UV Gel Polish is proudly halal certified for ingredients and the for the purposes of wudhu by the HCSC (Halal Certification Services of Canada). The HCSC works in collaboration with the experts at Direx Labs to ensure that every batch is thoroughly tested and approved for certification. Can I do the Permeability Test with Halal UV Gel Polish?

Unlike regular nail polish that is nitrocellulose based, UV Gel polish is made from acrylic monomers and oligomers that react to UV light. Therefore, the permeability can not be tested with a simple at home water permeability test. Our Tuesday in Love Halal UV Gel Polish is lab tested using specialized WVTR Permeability Analyzers to ensure that all batches of our Halal UV Gel is wudhu friendly.
