Add 5-10 drops per 10ml of nail polish. You may need to remove some nail polish from the bottle before adding the TIL Complex (so that it doesn't overflow).

TIL Permeability Complex works in regular gloss finish, sheer finish, shimmer finish, and pearl finish.

DO NOT add it to matte finish or glitter finish polishes or topcoats.

You can add TIL Permeability Complex to any brand of nitrocellulose, air drying nail polish. Whether it's a local brand from the drug store, or the dollar store, the options are endless!

Under the pressure of running tap water, the nail polish will be permeable up to 3 coats in any combination of Basecoat, Nail Polish, and Topcoat.

You can also do the Alkaseltzer Permeability Test to test the permeability of your nail polish.

What are your Return, Refund, and Exchange policies?

By purchasing products on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are cosmetic in nature, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging.

If you receive an incorrect product (different than what is on your invoice) or if your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@tuesdayinlove.com to set up an exchange. In order to receive an exchange, you must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage.

For general returns of unopened products, an email notification must be sent to us within 24 hours upon receipt/delivery of the order - note that refund/exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted. To return an item, you must ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging without any damage or tampering. The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping back to us.

You must provide a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return packages that get lost, stolen or damaged.

All returns of unopened products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund owing.

FOR RETURNS OF ITEMS PURCHASED BY OTHER RETAILERS: If you have purchased an item from a retailer other than the Tuesday in Love home website, you must contact the specific retailer where your order was made for returns/exchanges/refunds.

PAO Policy: we will not accept returns or exchanges if your order was delivered more than 30 days prior to your return/exchange request date.

Shipping within Canada $11.17 (CAD) Includes online tracking number. Takes approximately 5-7 business days to arrive.

Shipping to the US $12.50 (CAD). Takes approximately 10-12 business days to arrive.

Shipping International (outside Canada and the US) $22.50 (CAD). Can take anywhere from 15-30 business days depending on country and customs regulations.

FREE SHIPPING:

Free Shipping is available for orders in Canada, the US, UK, France and Netherlands. Free shipping is available for orders of $100 CAD or more AFTER any applied discount codes on checkout. (Different countries mentioned above will have different amounts based on currency conversion).

Why does the free shipping option disappear when I use a coupon code?
If you use a coupon code on checkout, it may drop the subtotal below the minimum amount required for free shipping. Try adding another item to the cart and refreshing the page. The free shipping option should activate once your total after taxes and discounts is at least $100 CAD.

CUSTOM FEES:

Will I have to pay customs fees?
If you are ordering within Canada or the US, it is very unlikely that your order will incur duties and taxes, especially if it's under $200. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. International customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.

If you decline your package due to duties/customs and it is returned to Tuesday in Love, you will need to pay for a new shipping label again if you wish to receive your order.

Packaged orders will not contain invoices, but your invoice will be emailed to you once your purchase is made online through the Tuesday in Love website. Customs offices do make occasional random checks on parcels and may hold your order for up to 2 weeks before releasing it to your local postal service. Tuesday in Love is not responsible for any custom fees or duties applied to orders by local customs officials and will not offer refunds for custom duties.

If you wish to abandon your order, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, as well as a $15 CAD shipping fee charge if your original order was shipped with a free shipping promotion.
