How Much Does Shipping Cost?

All shipping is flat rate (same amount for any size order)

Shipping within Canada $11.17 (CAD) Includes online tracking number. Takes approximately 5-7 business days to arrive.

Shipping to the US $12.50 (CAD). Takes approximately 10-12 business days to arrive.

Shipping International (outside Canada and the US) $22.50 (CAD). Can take anywhere from 15-30 business days depending on country and customs regulations.

 

How Long will it take for my Order to Arrive?

Orders shipped within Canada usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

Orders shipped to the US usually arrive within 10-12 business days.

International orders can take 15-30 business days to arrive.  Some orders going the Middle East may take 4-6 weeks to arrive based on Customs clearance.

Please Note: Your order will require 2-3 business days to be processed and sent to our shipping department. This time may be longer if you place an order during any long weekend or federal holidays.

 

Which Postal/Courier Service do you use?

Orders shipped to the US are via USPS. All our orders shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post or Fleet Optics. All orders shipped within Canada and the US come with an online tracking number. 

International orders (outside the Canada and US) are shipped via international couriers that include (but not limited to) Royal Mail, PostNL, and APC.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

Free Shipping is available for orders in Canada, the US, UK, France and Netherlands. Free shipping is available for orders of $100 CAD or more AFTER any applied discount codes on checkout. (Different countries mentioned above will have different amounts based on currency conversion).

Why does the free shipping option disappear when I use a coupon code?
If you use a coupon code on checkout, it may drop the subtotal below the minimum amount required for free shipping. Try adding another item to the cart and refreshing the page. The free shipping option should activate once your total after taxes and discounts is at least $100 CAD.

 

CUSTOM FEES:

Will I have to pay customs fees?


If you are ordering within Canada or the US, it is very unlikely that your order will incur duties and taxes, especially if it's under $200. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. International customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.

If you decline your package due to duties/customs and it is returned to Tuesday in Love, you will need to pay for a new shipping label again if you wish to receive your order.

Packaged orders will not contain invoices, but your invoice will be emailed to you once your purchase is made online through the Tuesday in Love website. Customs offices do make occasional random checks on parcels and may hold your order for up to 2 weeks before releasing it to your local postal service. Tuesday in Love is not responsible for any custom fees or duties applied to orders by local customs officials and will not offer refunds for custom duties.

If you wish to abandon your order, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, as well as a $15 CAD shipping fee charge if your original order was shipped with a free shipping promotion.

Due to certain postal and government restrictions, we DO NOT ship to the following countries: Ascension Island, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Caribbean Netherlands, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Mauritius, Moldova, Morocco, New Zealand (1 of 17 regions), Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Russia, South Africa, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Iraq, Behrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Turkey, Morocco, Germany, Russia and some Russian Federation countries.

What if I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

You can send us an email immediately if you have entered the wrong shipping address or made an omission and we will do our best to pause the processing of your order. However, if the parcel has been sent to our shipping department we may not be able to prevent it's shipment.

If you provide us with the wrong address or forget to include any necessary address information, including but not limited to an apartment/condo number, the customer is responsible for paying for a new shipping label to re-ship the product.

Stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping address that can safely receive orders.

Declined customs/duties charges. Tuesday in Love WILL NOT cover the cost of customs, duties or taxes for any orders.

Packages delivered in error to a neighbor. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate with their neighbors and retrieve any packages delivered there accidently.

 

I didn't receive my order and it's past the expected time of arrival. What should I do?

Most orders are shipped out within 3-4 business days. However, if you do not receive your order within the expected time, please email us with your order/invoice number, and the date of your order at info@tuesdayinlove.com. Sometimes, due to statutory holidays, or long weekends, postal service can be delayed. We will do our best to help track your order.
